Brain Brawl is an academic trivia competition that encompasses all academic subjects. Students must be part of NHS to try out for the Brain Brawl team.

Students meet to discuss Brazilian culture, discuss current events in Brazil and to organize aid programs to students and kids in Brazil. The club is open to any and all students who sho interest in Brazilian culture, news, and/or have a desire to connect with their Brazilian heritage.

The Coding Club provides a dynamic environment for students to develop their programming skills and explore the computer science industry. We bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application through weekly meetings, collaborative projects, and industry-focused events, preparing members for future opportunities in Computer Science related fields.

The Stoneman Douglas Color Guard is an award-winning performance ensemble that combines dance, equipment work, and theatrical expression to create visually stunning productions. As a core part of the Eagle Regiment Marching Band, the guard brings music to life on the field through the artistry of flags, rifles, sabres, and movement. During the winter season, the program transitions indoors to compete in Winter Guard International (WGI) and Florida Federation of Colorguards Circuit (FFCC) events, where members showcase innovative and expressive performances on a national stage. Open to students of all skill levels, the program emphasizes teamwork, creativity, and personal growth, while fostering a supportive community where members develop lifelong friendships and leadership skills.

MSD has the largest chapter of DECA in the entire state of Florida. It is a Co-Curricular Business Club that competes in local, state and national competitions. Students must be in the Finance or Hospitality program in order to participate.

Nurturing a love for the performing arts while creating an atmosphere of friendship. Students engage in philanthropic events such as Falloween, Broadway Cares etc, as well as host artists and events that surrounding theatre arts.

Eagle Regiment Marching Band performs at multiple competitions and parades throughout the state of Florida, Nationally and Internationally. The Eagle Regiment was featured in the 2022 London New Years Day Parade,  2023 Macy's Day Parade, and has been a state champion mulitple times. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious band programs in the entire nation.

The French Club is an academic club that allows its members to participate in French games, trivia, and explore the French gastronomy thereby allowing them to experience a full immersion of the French culture.

The French Honor Society is an academic club whose purpose is to help its members increase their knowledge of the language through academic games, a direct contact with the French culture, and tutoring French students as well as participating in community events.

This club is part of a nationally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology. Its mission is to inspire, educate, and equip girls with the computing skills needed to pursue 21st-century opportunities. Girls Who Code provides a safe and encouraging environment where girls can explore coding without fear of judgment. It will be a place for collaboration, mentorship, and building confidence.

Student run organization that unites LGBTQ+ and allied youth to build community and organize around issues impacting them in their schools and communities. GSA's have evolved beyond their traditional role to serve as a safe space for LGBTQ+ youth in middle and high schools, and have emerged as vehicles for deep social change related to racial, gender, and educational justice.

International Thespian Society is a Florida District, State and National Organization where student thespians compete in performing arts and technical theatre arts competitions. JROTC is a character and leadership development class focused on making students better citizens.  We have highly successful Raider and Drill teams who win a lot.  If you want to make yourself better, have fun, and put into practice the leadership skills that you learn, sign up for JROTC.  Only those who are in JROTC class may compete on our state championship teams.

Love Out Loud is aiming to raise awareness about mental health by engaging schools and the local community, while partnering with hospitals to disturbed resource cards, toys, and supplies.  Our milestones include building community partnerships, hosting mental health workshops, reaching the right audiences, and measuring our impact through participation and feedback.

This is an educational program where students role-play as diplomats representing different countries at simulated UN conferences, debating and seeking solutions to global issues.

Throughout the year, and before April students read all 15 of the FTR - Florida Teens Read books. They discuss them at their meetings and they play Kahoots in order to remember the details of the books. They compete in the Broward Battle of the Books in April.

MSD Law and mock trial club's purpose is to give students the unique opportunity to engage in law and their local community through mock trials, court case analysis, and teamwork. Mock trials will mimic real life trials by allowing students to take on a real courtroom roles that they may want to explore in the future.

Mu Alpha Theta is the National High School and Two-Year College Mathematics Honor Society, a prestigious organization dedicated to inspiring interest, developing scholarship, and promoting the enjoyment of mathematics. Students partake in helping peers through tutoring and in math competitions that start during the second semester.

The Muslim Student Association’s objective is to create a space for Muslim students and their allies to support one another and their community through service and education. The club aims to provide a space for students to discuss shared experiences and cultural differences, educate others & ourselves about Islam and Islamic history, and work towards eradicating prejudice and stereotypical misconceptions in our community.

National Art Honor Society is open to students in grades 10th-12th who meet the requirements set by the National Art Honor Society. One of the main requirements is the student must have taken a Fine Arts class in high school.

The National Honor Society (NHS) is an organization for high school students that recognizes and honors those who have demonstrated excellence in the four pillars of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. The Physics Club gives students a chance to explore science beyond the classroom. Spanish Club is a welcoming club for all students, embracing diversity and pride for the cultures basing off of Hispanic cultures and celebrations.
